For service cancellations, you may cancel your scheduled service appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For any physical products we may provide, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• For products: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or service agreement must be provided

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning a product due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Before Service Begins: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
• Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of service cost)
• After Service Begins: No refund available, but we will work with you to address any concerns
• Product Orders: May be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policy applies
